If you're a current program participant and have not received a communication you expected, you might well have a mismatch in your records between name, address and email. We process bond applications as due diligence for professional licensure including re-training for re-issue of bonds denied due to insufficient CEU credits. As such, we MUST have a good email address and correct name on your account! Please click HERE for full information on receiving a CSR number to help resolve your problem.
Most complaints are due to our messages going into your spam folder, a bad paypal email address, an order with a spouse's or old email you might not even know is still in your name, etc. We offer benefits available at NO other program including association membership, network membership, grandfathering of credentials, credential validation and certification for the lowest cost bonds in the nation, trade references, wholesale accounts, LE quality ID's and badges, and much more. To receive these benefits, you need to have a correct email address, and be patient with our process, which requires registration at many associations, bonding companies, underwriters, trade vendors, wholesalers, network partners, etc. This can take time, but is a GOOD thing!
Once in a while, an applicant will fail a bond exam or be denied, and these few out of thousands can become loud "web screamers" instead of working with us on remedial exams to re-qualify for their bond or license. Do NOT worry, assume value, and let us help you re-qualify, even if you were turned down elsewhere!
